The worst experience

I’ve having issues with you guys for a while, but the last thing I need from y’all is to complete ignore my contract and raise it up by 130+ dollars. This is unacceptable and when I call the representative said sorry they fired the guy who told you that. What company treats there customers this way. If I can rate my experience with att would be -1.
