The mythical back office
Is there a back office and if so is Andrea *** working there or is this another lie by AT&T? Just like the lie that the money that AT&T stole from me after opening lines on my account without my knowledge to get quotas and get commissions would be credited to my account yesterday is? 6 hours on the phone. Hung up on twice after being on hold for two hours and in over a week my account not even being fixed. Why do you lie to customers that have been with you for 10 years? $500 a month for 4 lines? Seriously?
