The Face of poor service
Hey, I want you guys to see the faces of your disrespectful staff. I stopped by the location at 9280 Chamberlayne Rd #200, Mechanicsville, VA to see if I could pick up a wireless charger. I am new to Mechanicsville, so I didn't know the hours, but when I got to the location the lights were and there were people in the store I assumed that the store was open. I knocked on the door hoping that they could help me out, but I was completely ignored by the ATT team member sitting at the table in the attached picture. The only people who actually took the time to inform me that the store was closed has the guy in black (I don't know if he worked there) and the two children who were running around. The man in black came over to the door to tell me the store closed at 7 and walked away. I knocked again hoping the actual employee of the store would help me, but all she did was turn towards me and laugh. As I stood there watching them in anger she said something to the woman and woman standing in back by the tv (they were watching some presidential speech) and all three of them had a good laugh most likely at my own expense. I understand that there are policy in place at retail store about opening the doors after hours etc. its for the safety of the people who work there and the after hours guest of said employees. The thing that really got to me was the indifference of the employ sitting there and the disrespect that she showed me by making me the butt of a joke to her friends. I am just so angry at the humiliation of it all and I feel like I should let you know.

@llama4114 So the door was locked AND someone told you the store was closed AND you kept knocking!
And you think someone made a joke at your expense! Really?
So now you are posting photos of minor children on-line! Do you really think that's a good idea?

You need to remove that photo link.
FYI, that is NOT an ATT company store. This is an authorized retailer and is not owned by ATT.

@Gary L It looked like they were having an after hours party, I don't see why they couldn't have opend the door and sold me a charger.

@lizdance40 Its still an ATT store, the ATT logo was on the sign and It comes up as a location on the ATT website. Those poeple still represent ATT especially if they are a having friends over to watch tv at the store.

@llama4114 FYI, while I see you removed the link from this page, I see you do still have the photo on-line, please remove it. I'm pretty sure the parents of those kids wouldn't be happy to find out it is on-line.

No it is not. It is not owned or operated by Att. The owner and employees are not paid by ATT.
they pay a franchise fee or whatever to be allowed to sell ATT products.
You acknowledge the security issue, but still want an exception?
As for the charger...why in the name of common sense would you pay $40- $70 for a charger?
I order all my assesories online. Don't know where I would be without good old Amazon.
I bought a kool pad charger for $20 (with an adapter) they sell it in black or white. Mine is 2 years old.
