Thanks to AT&T employees that actually seemed to care....

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the manager and his staff at the AT&T store in Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia. I have had numerous issues with the Samsung devices on my account over the past few months and could not get anywhere with any reps on the phone, through chat or in the stores near my home. I was either given the wrong information, misleading information or no information at all. I not only was ultimatly paying for devices that were underperforming or not working at all, but my time was being wasted by making the phone calls and running from store to store to try and get my issues resolved.

 

When visiting the store in Tysons Corner, I was initially given an answer by an employee that did not make me very happy at all. After all of the running around, I was told that I would now need to call Samsung to get my issues resolved. This was not the employees fault, he was doing his job and was honest about everything he told me. I asked to speak with the manager of the store at that point.

 

I met with Mike *****, Manager of Tyson's Corner Retail Store W120, and explained to him my issues and the runaround I had been given. He immediatly apologized on behalf of AT&T and began trying to work out a resolution to the problem so I would not have to leave the store with devices that were not working or were under performing. Mike, with help form another employee, Armon Stevenson, was able to get me switched to new devices that worked and would not give me any problems.

 

These guys went above and beyond what I expected of AT&T based on the past treatment I had received. AT&T as a whole should take a page from the books of Mike *****, Armon *****, and the rest of the staff at Tysons Retail Store W120 on how to treat customers. I was ready to leave AT&T and these guys made me do a complete 180. I would reccomend AT&T and this store in particular for anyone looking for a new cell phone and great customer service when purchasing it.

 

Once again, thank you Mike ***** and Armon *****!!! You guys are awesome!!!
