Texts not showing in usage log

When checking the usage via my app in data, tak, and text logs ONLY “mobile data” is showing. Texts/IM are not on the log. This has only been happening the last two days. I updated the app and no change- any help out there?

Hi, @r1ck1c,

 

Thank you for your post. While the usage logs are usually updated within three hours, it can occasionally take between two to five days for the updated log to be available.

Hi, @r1ck1c,

 

Usage info may not be available when we're processing you're bill. If this is the case, everything should be restored a few business days.

 

Are you checking your usage only via the app or online? What type of device are you on when you try the app?

We just started having this problem last month on all of our AT&T Wireless accounts.  One day it's there, the next day it's gone.  We will see pages of Mobile Data, but no text messages which is how our secretary bills our time on projects.  It was never a problem until recently.  Any resolution commitment time on fixing it?

Hi, @r1ck1c,

 

Do you have access to a computer or laptop? If so, try to sign into your myAT&T account there and see if your usage log is available. Let me know what you discover.

That's how we're trying to check them is from a computer signing into our AT&T account.  It's clear some changes have been made to the portal so I assume these are related.  It's not uncommon at all to see nothing, but data entries for days upon days.

Yes, it was temporary. Returned to normal after a few days.

This seems to be an ongoing issue with no sense of urgency to fix.  It seems to have come along about the same time as the web site changes.  No surprise there.  We've come to a place in our culture where incompetence is not only accepted, it's expected.

I spoke to them today.. They said the system is updating and the issue should be fixed by August 13th. #wewillsee 🙄🙄🙄

For sure. Today three showed on my log and are now gone and nothing else. I
really thought it was starting to work again.
