text usage report not working
why can't I see my text usage report in the browser, on my phone, or the app. I tried everything and it is now showing my texts only mms and data? I followed all your direction, cleaning cache on all devices and still, it is not showing me my incoming and outgoing text for all three devices on my plan. I think this is an AT&T issue now and not my browser, app or device?

Hello mabelmselke, we know how important it is to be able to view your text usage.
Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to view the report (ex. if you receive an error message or a blank screen). Then, do you experience the same thing if you try viewing the report on another device?
You can also view quick updates on remaining data and texting balances in your current bill period, text *3282# (*DATA#) for English, or *3286# (*DATO#) for Spanish.
