Text logs unavailable
My husband and I both have separate at&t accounts however his text logs are not available but mine is and current. His Feb and March text logs are available but April's isn't, mine was updated daily. What is the reason his text logs would not be available to VIEW on the mobile app or on the website? This has been ongoing for 3 weeks now, apparently, he has spoken with at&t and they cannot figure it out, everyone is bamboozled...as I am. Phone and data logs are up to date, just not text.
