Text logs unavailable

My husband and I both have separate at&t accounts however his text logs are not available but mine is and current.  His Feb and March text logs are available but April's isn't, mine was updated daily.  What is the reason his text logs would not be available to VIEW on the mobile app or on the website?  This has been ongoing for 3 weeks now, apparently, he has spoken with at&t and they cannot figure it out, everyone is bamboozled...as I am.  Phone and data logs are up to date, just not text.

Let's look into those text message logs for you, @deew615!

 

We want to advise that your usage reports are updated as quickly as we can, but sometimes your usage info may be unavailable or delayed. Usage info may not be available while we’re processing your bill and can generate near the end of a bill period, so it's likely those details may not show up until the next bill period.

 

What's more, it can take 2 to 5 days for data use to post in myAT&T, so amounts shown online may not reflect all use since your last bill.

 

Additionally, delays of up to 60 days are possible if the usage takes place outside the U.S. or for wireless roaming use, which is based on call records from other carriers, delays are normally 2-10 days but could be more than 60 days. Some use may display online but be billed during a later bill period.
