Terrible customer service
Has anyone else had trouble with customer service and customer loyalty department? I have been told different things every time I call. I have been waiting for LaShawna in customer loyalty to call me back for a scheduled appointment call last Thursday 12/29/16 at 8pm to complete an offer to stay with at&t. I called her at 9:30 and of course couldn't get to her and of course she didn't comment the offer in her notes so no one else can help me. I've asked 4 different reps to contact her and her manager to call me and I'm still waiting. I'm beyond disappointed and have been a loyal customer for 10 years. If I don't hear something in next 24hrs then I'm done for good!
