Terms and Conditions Cannot Find My Order (TnC) (TW0017)
I noticed my new phone and sim card didn't arrive on the day they were set to, so I checked the order using my order number.
The order said I needed to accept the terms and conditions, which is understandable, so I went to do that.
The TnC asks for my wireless number and my zip code, which is fine. The wireless number could be one of two numbers, and so I tried them both
- The number it gave me for my new phone,
- The number I gave you in order to place the order.
Neither of them work. In both cases I receive error TW0017, which reads
- TW0017: We’re having some trouble finding your order. Be sure to enter a wireless number from your recent order, and try again.
This is incredibly frustrating. I haven't had a phone plan since 2015 and I was excited to get one, so I'm hoping this can be sorted relatively quick.
