Teacher discount

We switched from Verizon to ATT less than a months ago only because you guys offered a better teacher discount program. However, I am having the hardest time applying it to my account. When I try to applaud my badge, I get a response that is non readable. I went to the corporate store where a sales associate took a picture of my badge, applauded it and said we were all set. I even got a conformation on my work (school) email. About two weeks later I received an email that 14 day had been up and because I had never provided a proof of employment, the discount wouldn't apply any longer. I called twice and not a single person is able to help me over the phone. Please help!

Information on the AT&T signature discount program please make sure you scroll over and read the teacher's tab

https://www.att.com/verification/signaturehub/

When you signed up at the store, did you include the email address for your work email or other proof of employment? Just being licensed is not sufficient for the discount You must be employed as a teacher k through 12, or college.

Please take your proof of employment back to the store where you uploaded your license

You said "we switched." Is the account in your name? Only the account owner qualifies for the discount.

If it is, try a different form of verifying your qualification for the discount.
