Talk with customers service about payment arrangement

I would like to talk with an ATT customer service representative to get my service back on

Once service is suspended, the only way to restore is to pay the entire balance owed. A payment arrangement is no longer possible. Pay what you can when you can but be aware they will continue billing you.

@nickyoppenheimer1 What do you want to know? If your bill is not past due yet, you can setup a payment arrangement online through your account. Read the linked article above for more information. However, once your bill is past due, a payment arrangement is no longer possible.

We know the impact this may have, and we're here to assist you with setting up a payment arrangement. You can schedule a payment arrangement by signing in to your account and following the steps below:

  • Go to Make a payment arrangement to see available payment options.
  • Then you will pick the date you want to schedule your payment. Remember not all dates ara avaliable and late fees may apply. 
  • Select your payment method and follow the prompts.
  • Last you will review the payment details and select Submit.

Make sure that you write your confirmation number down. Let us know if you need further assistiance with scheduling a payment arrangment and we can invite you into a DM to assist you with doing so.
