Switch to my own account

I am on my mother in laws prepaid account and I would like to be on my own account. It says you cannot transfer billing if it’s a prepaid plan so how do we do this?

You are not on her prepaid account. Every prepaid number has its own account, so you already have your own account. What she has is a multi line account that allows her to pay for multiple prepaid  accounts. What she needs to do is remove your line from her multi line account and return it back to an individual account.
