About 5 months ago I switched from Verizon to AT&T mobile service thinking it would be cheaper and good reception. I was sold to Apple IPhone Z6s phones and told to put my phones from Verizon into the iPhone box with the sticker and send back our phones from Verizon. Nobody knows where are phones are. I spoke with over 20 customer service reps and a customer satisfaction rep called me. I have not received any of the rebates and it has been over 3 months. It is still sitting in the pending stages. I now owe Verizon 1200.00 and have been turned into collections. I was told by the customer satisfaction rep that I should get about 1500.00 back and that a higher level rep would be calling me back. Since then NOTHING! The phones we got, the battery does not last long even when closing every page we open. I have had to buy a charger to charge the phone. I get dropped calls constantly and have not received any rebates either. What is wrong with this company? How can you do this to people? Why isn't anyone rectifying this? I'm about ready to go to the news channel and tell them my story. Please Rectify this immediately!!!!!

Phones first. If your new phones are defective Apple will replace them under warranty. Please contact Apple directly. ATT does not make phones.
The check list:
1. did you port to att and trade in your previous devices in good condition, factory reset with no iCloud lock. A credit for trade in should have been received quickly.
2. Purchase new phones with Next installments.
3. Submit your final bill within 60 days of porting.
