Suspicious AT&T text

I received a text from the number (469)649-6419 on January 14 that says:

You have (1) message from AT&T, Christopher kwuxd.com/he3p3yhmi3

I didn't click the link because it seemed fishy. 

Is it a scam trying to piggyback the outage to make a quick buck, or is it legitimate?
