I traded in my 64gb S9+ at an AT&T store on 05/17/2020. The store checked my phone and there were absolutely no blemishes on that phone because I kept it in a case and the store printed out the trade in receipt that said so. Fast forward to September 2020 first I was told they couldn’t find it then I get an email that it was mysteriously found but the screen was cracked that phone wasn’t like that when I was at the store when I traded it in! Subsequently YOU have now have told me you’re giving me only $55.00 for my phone? I DIDN’T damage the phone ! The fact it’s been apparently lost for MONTHS and YOU are penalizing ME for something I didn’t do to the phone! Shame on you! If the phone was damaged at the time I traded it in it would’ve been on the TRADE in receipt!!! The fact that ya’ll jerked me around for 5 months when I was calling to see where the device was & got the runaround. Either I want something done or I’m filing a complaint with the federal trade commission
