Stop ATT from Canceling my Services
It has taken a while to get on my jobs new payroll system. I ended up having to miss my skipped payment. My wireless account is suspended and I received an email today saying pay TODAY or your service will be canceled and I will lose my number etc. There is nowhere to email ATT and #611 only wants me to pay immediately. How do I speak with someone?
how do I stop this? I won’t be able to pay until October 11th.

@MaliAh, unfortunately, it’s too late. If you can’t pay today, your account is canceled.
It is possible that you can reinstate the account and get the number back after you pay the debt, but that’s not guaranteed and you will likely also have to pay a deposit.

They don’t cancel your account until you are at least two months behind on payment. Even if you can reach a live person, there is nothing they can do.

If you make a payment arrangement, you must keep the arrangement or your account is suspended. If you miss the payment arrangement and then your account becomes 2 months in arrears, your account is closed.
