STILL WAITING MY CREDIT FOR TRADING IN MY PAID FOR IPHONE 7 PLUS BACK IN OCTOBER 2019

In October of last year I traded my 7 plus in on a promotion that if you do so you would get $700 credit towards your new phone. I purchased a 11 max pro. The store I entered was the store on Greenbrier parkway in Chesapeake, VA. The sales associate's name was Richard. I was told that it should be automatic but it hasnt happened. I was told to check in January 2020's bill to see if it was there and it wasnt and here we are in April almost May and no resolution. The manager that I have been speaking with is Matt. Ive been told by Matt that he can see the promotion and that I am due the credit and he was going to escalate the process. I have called back to get the manager's name above him and it would not be given to me. So right now, my PAID FOR IPHONE 7 PLUS WHICH IS MINE, is still in the possession of AT&T and being that I havent received what I traded my phone for, it is technically Grand larceny that I was told that they can't give me my phone back. I WOULD LIKE RESOLUTION ASAP. THIS TIMEFRAME OF WAITING IS RIDICULOUS. If the credit won't be applied, I want MY PHONE BACK!!!!!

Was given a case number on 3/31/2020 of #CM20200331-145093522 WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BY 4/9.

This is not a Customer Care forum for AT&T. No one here can access your account.

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
