smartphone return/ exchange question

I am having buyers remorse over the Samsung s4 Active, I wish I bought the s4.  I believe the return period is 14 days, correct? Will they charge a restocking fee for all returns and exchange or is it only for returns?Also will they charge another upgrade fee for the device? thx

They charge restocking fees on all returns, whether you exchange or not. No, you should not get charged an additional upgrade fee.
