Smart watch order debacle
I am livid. I purchased 2 Apple watches on Saturday using the bogo deal in installments. I found out that one was backordered so I contacted customer service and he advised me to cancel the one watch and he would reorder a different one . Once they attempted to reorder it errored that because they ran the credit multiple times I would now have to pay full price ($500). This is crazy to me that they cannot override that considering the first order was perfectly fine until they advised me to cancel it. I have talked to 4 different reps including a manager and they cannot fix it. Any advice?
