I received a voicemail reminder today from Adam at (866) 402-4525. I called back but there is no option to talk to a person. I returned my phone to the Post Office 06/26/2019. There is no record of it on tracking.smartlabel.com. How can the phone I returned be found? I see other customers are having similar problems with Newgistics return services. I am dissatisfied.
