Smart Label Return Service - I cannot Track with return lable code provided. Help
I have placed my phone in the box with return label provided and I am trying to track with the tracking number on the smart label and I cannot find the tracking information online. I am concerned about completing the claim process since I have no control over the mail system.
Can someone help me.

When did you drop off the package? With Smart Label, it can take few days for tracking information to update, in some cases up to 7-10 business days.
