SIM Card Replaced, Agent Removed my $45/mo Unlimited Data Plan
As title says, was having issues with VoLTE calling, went into the store and received a new SIM for my unlocked S10 (G973U1). Activated over the phone with an agent and my grandfathered data plan have been removed from my line. Who do I need to speak with to get my old or a comparable plan reinstated? I keep get a run-around from all of your support channels reluctant to touch my account with a plan I've had for a decade. I have a second line on the exact same plan with no issues that I'm now scared to ever touch.

You can’t not have a data plan, so if they removed unlimited, what did they put in its place? In any event, call and ask for loyalty or escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. However, you really should price out current plans. Since you’ve got at least 2 lines on that grandfathered plan, I can’t imagine a current plan not costing less and the only reason to keep your grandfathered plan is if it is cheaper than a current plan.

They put nothing in its place, I actively have no data plan. They sent me an automated email telling me I'll be automatically be given a $30/mo DataPro 3GB plan. My plan was 4G LTE without the data cap and allowed UHD streaming, and would only throttle above 22.5GB usage. The UNLIMITED ELITE appears to be the only comparable service AT&T offers for nearly double the price.

The unlimited elite plan is not double the price. You are paying Ala carte prices because you're paying for a separate calling plan (limited minutes) $_____ and possibly a separate text plan $_____ in addition to $45 for each data plan.
So you pay how much?
You have no hotspot , your plan deprioritizes at 22 gigs. Your equivalent would be somewhere between the unlimited starter plan, and unlimited extra. Elite is much better by a lot.
Depending on your calling plan you may actually be paying more than unlimited Elite costs.
Unlimited talk and text. There is no cap on the data plan. And 40 gigs of hotspot. Free HBO. And North American Roaming.
2 lines on elite, with auto pay and paperless billing, stacked with an AARP discount is $75 per line, $150 total before taxes.

They put me on Unlimited Elite, I was billed $100 for the AT&T Unlimited Elite(SM) and an additional $50 on the line for Access for Smartphone 4G LTE w/ VVM. My bill is $70 more expensive this month after they kicked me off my grandfathered data plan.
What happened to $95/mo before the autopay/paperless discount applied?

AT&T's new plans haven't had ala carte billing like that for a while. Unless you've somehow ended up with two plans, this isn't adding up. If you post pictures of your bill (with personal info redacted), we can probably help explain. If nothing else, we can help you with the exact thing to say your issue is when you call.

Agree, that’s not right. There should not be a separate access fee billed on Elite or any other current unlimited plan. That $100 charge isn’t right either unless the plan change was done mid-month and you’ve got some partial month charges

I missed the Discount for AT&T Unlimited one phone line item that knocks $55 off the AT&T Unlimited Elite(SM). So it's seemingly $45 for the data plan and an additional $50 for the plan access per line, so I am at that $95 for now. Pretty convoluted from a billing standpoint but the math checks out.
Anybody know how I get my 50% legacy employee discount reapplied?
Also, this is what my bill currently looks like. I had like 1 day of overlap between plans when they screwed my phone up.

This just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser, as Alice would say.

If at all helpful, this is what my old bill used to look like for this line. I only really used data so I had a line from an old talk/text plan ($60/mo base) for $10/mo and then the grandfathered data for $45/mo. If I could just get my legacy discount back to this line I'll be happy, not sure who I need to talk with to do that.
