Signature Program/Student Discount

Hi! I know a few students at my school have received the student discount using their student email in the Signature Program. However, my student email has not been working. When I slightly altered the email address to test it, it worked, but obviously sent the next steps to an address that doesn't exist. I know my school is eligible, I just would love some help or assistance since it isn't working for me. Thanks!

I believe college students are eligible since they have .edu email addresses.

 

You need a valid, working, eligible email address but I did find the following:


Don’t have a work or school email? If you don't have a work or school email, bring your student or employee ID to an AT&T store to find out if you're eligible for the AT&T Signature Program.

I personally have never seen a student discount mentioned but who knows

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

Yep! Mine is definitely current and eligible! I won't post the whole thing for privacy reasons, but I think the issue is it doesn't recognize when it's put in as "pop.schoolname.edu" and only works when put in as "schoolname.edu." My school email address is my name and then the "pop.schoolname.edu" so that's where I'm having trouble. But after putting in the "schoolname.edu" I know there are definitely deals through my school!
