Sign on bonus?

When I signed my contract in April, I was told after 90 days (?) I would receive something like a100 dollar credit to my bill. Have not seen any kind of credit as of yet, cannot locate my original paperwork with my notes. Does anyone have any info regarding this sign on bonus? Appreciate it.
