Sign in to cancel order, but the option to create a user ID never happened
I ordered a phone trying to open an account & it says "sign in to cancel the order". I've been selecting that, but my email that I made the order with can't be used and the number I'm requesting hasn't been transferred yet, so, all I can do is "check order status". I don't want the order anymore. I want to cancel it. I want my money back. I literally can not sign in.

Since you aren't a customer yet, that would be correct. I don't know when you place the order but it's likely you can't cancel it. You will have to wait till the phone arrives and then return it
