Shoddy service, Ineffectual Customer Service, Customer Loyalty & Supervisors are a JOKE
My home land line and BOTH cell phones have had spotty (at best) or completely non-existent service since late January. We've been at this location with AT&T for 12 YEARS with only the occasional hiccup. I've now spent over 9 HOURS in 4 different chats - with 4 cases being opened - and AT&T has done NOTHING. My husband uses his cell for WORK - we are losing WORK CALLS DAILY.
Won't be long before I just move everything to Verizon. I checked them last night. They have 4G LTE at this location, will upgrade my phone for FREE (YES, FREE - checked on 3/5/17), get me unlimited talk/text/data and my bill will be LESS.
I am sick and tired of the AT&T runaround, lack of service and outright ROBBERY (you are supposed to provide 4G LTE here and cannot do so).

The AT&T coverage map AND Verizon coverage map both show you have 4G LTE at your location?

Yep, checked map last night during my THIRD 3 HOUR chat. Got nothing accomplished. They gave me a number to call - except my home land line and both cells are down. I'd like to know HOW I'm supposed to call them?
I am EXTREMELY glad that I didn't fall for the bundling pitfall - AT&T will NEVER get my internet service!

I found a more accurate map of coverage because it's crowd sourced data of actual users.
its an app called Coverage Map by Root metrics. It confirms various dead zones for carriers.
As for your home, if you have home wifi, you have options.
1. Microcell
2. Wifi calling. This is available on most newer ATT phones. iPhone 6 and newer. Samsung galaxy s5 and newer. And several other models.
