Shipping

I have confirmation that my phone I was to trade in and ship to att got picked up from my house. But it was then transferred from usps to ups via prepaid label provided by att and att say that cant give me any shipping info on this label that they provided! The package is lost and i call bull that they provided the label but cant tell me anything so i can provide ups info to find the package. I am paying on a phone i dont have!!! I have spend 5 hrs on the phone with att. I want this resolved!!! Any suggestions? Ups needs a tracking number which I dont have off a label i was provided by att and i didnt buy!!! I paid for my new phone in full. I am still paying on this other phone not in my possession!!!
