set up payment arrangement not recorded on ATT side
I called Att 611 line set up payment arrangement on July 10th about 14:48 hrs central time. I went thru the automated prompts along with date and telling me cc # and a text will be sent to my cell phone. I accepted terms and it said a text message will be sent .
now I have 3 phones and they send it to the one I do not have.
I am wondering if anyone here had a same problem on this date around this same time. ATT claims there is no record of me calling or arrangement on ATT side. but I worked in tech support at a call center, I am not trying to pull anything over on anyone. I know I did everything right and the error is on their side. If anyone on this date around this time have the same issue let me know.
* called 611 made arrangement
* no text sent to my other phone, which i just found out today.
* would like to know if anyone has the same issue.
* spoke to Att for about 50 minutes today.
* my call log shows I spent about 4 minutes on the 10th with ATT setting up the arrangement.
