I'm am so livid right now.  They suspended services due to non payment.   Payment arrangements made last week with "Ane".  I have a copy of the chat they say they have no record of.   I have reference # to the chat.   I even have screen shots of the chat that services would not be suspended until payment made the 30th.  They will not activate services!  How can you get by with this when I have a copy of the chat I had with "ABE" .  All I want are my services restored till payment made tomorrow.   Like the payment arrangement was made for.   Now I can't even open a chat with anyone!  This is so not right!!!

once suspended the only way to restore service is to pay the entire bill to zero, payment arrangements cannot be made with a service rep, it must be done online before your account is past due regardless od what you were told or what screenshots you have .
