Scam

I received an email that increased my plan by $10 month and doubled my data

i did not request this/do not want this and do not need this as I barely use the data I have and always have rollover data

not happy!

It’s a price increase and not optional. The additional data is an attempt to justify the price increase. Unfortunately, per the wireless agreement, ATT can change your plan as long as they notify you. Your options are to accept the change, switch to a different plan or switch to a different carrier.

Thank you; yes it is a price increase so I am now a Verizon customer with a
new iPhone 11 Pro. I am thankfully at&t free since we also canceled our
direct tv account last year
