Samsung BOGO not being honored!
August 2016 Samsung BOGO not being honored!!
I have been a customer for 10 years. I went to store in August 2016 to get the new Note 7, and a free Samsung through BOGO and added a new line. I was told I would see the credits for the free phone in 3 months and then every bill after.I paid and now 7 months later over due, my bill is over $210, I have a ticket # for resolution no 1 got back and its past quoted wrap up 4/26/17 date. I did exchange the Note 7s for S7s after the recall another nightmare I had to deal with. At this point I had 10+ conversations with ATT trying to resolve this and keep getting no where. Reps hang up or just bounce you to another rep. Never seen a more useless customer service.

Hey @Sunkist,
Greetings and salutations! The buy one get one is an excellent promotion and I’m glad you took advantage of it! I’m sorry it hasn’t been applied to your account correctly. I will be more than happy to assist you.
I would like to get in contact with you and take a look at your account, so I will be sending you a private message. Please be on the lookout in your Forum’s Inbox for my message.
I look forward to working with you!

I myself am also a AT&T customer for over 10 years and this issue is also affecting me. This same thing is happening to me and TODAY 9 months later a rep tells me that the BOGO is only good up to $650 (which supposedly the supervisor says is the value of the Note 7) This is NOT true!! The Note 7 was originally charged at $879.99 and when we replaced it with the Galaxy S7 this phone is being charged to us at $794.99 so why am I only going to get credits for the value of $650!!
AT&T this is bad business and no where did it state credits were maxed out at a certain dollar amount!

We do appreciate you being such a long time customer! While some BOGO promotions do have a price cap, this should have definitely been explained prior to purchase. I apologize this was not done.
Please send us a private message to @ATTMobilityCare with this information so we can look further into this for you.
Have a fantastic weekend!
