Rude supervisor agent
I just had the single worst customer service experience of my life. And it was with the “supervisor”
He was not at all helpful. Insinuated i was lying and refused to help me. All I got was a wasted hour and runaround and treated like a child.
Unreal Att. You’re gonna lose a VERY long time, loyal customer.

Now their website is down when trying to log in on a chat. This issue I am having is still unresolved. Is there an email or even snail mail option that I can use? Does anyone know? NONE of their stuff works. I have been a customer for 20 years and am days away from leaving this company. They don't seem to care one bit about customers or service or especially customer service.
