Rollover

I recieved a new phone 7-22-16. We lowered out usage from 25 to 15 mb. We are already getting noticed that we have used 90% of our alotted time, but in fact should have 20.80 mb left over from last month. Can you please correct?

Don't know what you were "promised". But if you use more than 15 gigs a month you should have kept the 25 gig plan.  If you change your data plan, up or down, you lose any rollover.

First off, this forum is not customer support. There are only other customers here. Second, if you changed your plan to a lower data level, you lost your rollover.

When ever you lower your data plan, you lose any accumulated rollover.
