Rewards Card

I received a $200 reward card from AT&T and tried to use it at Target, Staples, and Amazon only to be informed that the orders were cancelled. Now, the check balance says that my card has $0 on it. How do I get this fixed? I haven’t used purchases anything with it and should have  that money available to use.
