Reward Center Contact - Cant get through
I have been trying to contact the reward center at the number given on the site 1.800.288.9983. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes. I am simply trying to get my card reissued. I think this is ridiculous especially since there is no way to contact via online or email. My next step is going to be an escalated complaint. I have three lines with ATT in my household and have been a long time customer. Simple service requests shouldn't require this level of time investment to get resolved.

This has been resolved. Although I was on hold just over ONE FULL HOUR...I did finally get through and the service rep was able to help me. She explained that the bank system they use to support the rewards cards is sometimes slow in responding and there are only a couple of reps supporting the program for the entire country. So be patient you will get someone eventually.
