Returned Phone Lost?
Good morning,
I purchased a phone on the 23 of January via online as a gift. Within 2 weeks the device was returned using the return label given to me.
i called in to verify last week and just now and the phone has been shipped according to USPS but not with AT&T according to AT&T.

shows picked up by shipping agent.
can anyone help me please?

File a complaint with the BBB. If the shipping agent picked it up, you and the USPS have done your part.
