Return traded phone

Need to send old phone in. Said emailed label never got email. Went to store would not help me

 Just tried to sale me everything in store when said no started telling me they would not give me the deal on new phone I walked out. By the way I told them I was leaving next morning my mom was dieing in hospital. Caring people.
