Retention failure

I been trying to speak with anyone in the retention department that has power to help. The supervisors I talk to have no authority either.

How do I get someone at at&t that wants to keep our three lines on the phone? Everyone I speak to is oblivious to that notion and keeps offering me cheap products to stay with at&the. Products we have no need for. When I ask them about products that we do have need for, they pretend like those products do not exist.

At&the retention department should be renamed the good bye department.

Verizon here I come.

If you are expecting ATT to offer you free phones or a lower price on your existing plans, then yes, it's good bye.

Even retentions can only do so much.  Usually give you some bonus data.

Anything else they offer you will likely be invailidated.

There are 2 people leaving Sprint, T-mo or Verizon to take your place.
