Resolve an issue with a store

I was given false information, had chagres made to my account that I was not aware of. How can I resolve this issue with the AT&T store if the manager is not willing to assist? Thanks

There have been many complaints about sales reps giving false or misleading information. Your only hope is to call AT&T and see if they will do anything. From what I have read, you have a slim chance of them doing something.
