Requesting a detailed bill from two 2 years ago for a court proceeding
I can see that one can access detailed bills up to 16 months online. However, I need to request a detailed bill from December of 2020,Is there a way that I can request a detailed bill from that time..I have looked at the online forums, and it does appear that there is a good deal of conflicting information and some ambiguity on the best way to initiate this process. Any guidance on specific phone numbers or emails to originate the discussion would be greatly appreciated.

You have to call CS 1-800-288-2020. There is a $5 for each month and be sure to ask for a copy of a DETAIL BILL.

You need to ask for a bill reprint. Also, don’t be surprised if you get an agent that does not know how to get a bill reprint or tells you it’s not possible. It may take multiple calls to get an agent that knows how to get bill reprints.
