Remove a person from account authorization

My ex partner didn't have permission

To add or remove authorized user

Please follow the steps below:

1.       Log in to your account here

2.       Go to Profile > Account users

3.       Select the wireless account from the Dropdown menu

4.       In the Authorized user section, select Manage authorized users

5.       Select Add an authorized user

6.       Complete the fields to receive a verification code

To remove a user, simply select the trash can icon next to the name of the person you want to remove and select Yes.
