Regarding bill credit and phone upgrade
I purchased an iphone 7 plus last year on att next every year. There was a promotion going on, $650 bill credit monthly divided in 24 months if you give iphone 6/6 plus. I gave my 6 plus and I am getting bill credit. Now, as I am eligible to do upgrade to iphone X. If I upgrade my iphone 7 plus to iphone X then will I keep getting my remaining due for my iphone 6 plus which I gave to Att or not?
if not then isn’t a cheat? I am not canceling my services however I am upgrading as per promised to me that I am eligible for every year upgrade.

If you upgrade on that line, terminating the Next agreement on the iPhone 7 you also terminate the related credits.

But in promtion it was just written if cancel your service( not sure with service they mean wireless service or device service). They never made it clear you are going to be fooled if you opt this promotion and select att next every year. Clear intention of making fool to customer. If you are saying I will nit give credit if you upgrade after one year then it would be mentioned clearly in promotion. I still have the copy of promotion.

See the screen shot if the promotion. It says, “If upgrade or pay off early credits may cease “. So far it’s a surety, as they always do.
This is not the first time asked. The terms are right there.
You can purchase the X direct from Apple on their upgrade program, and sell the 7.

Thanks for your answer. Anyways problem is not in buying, if I buy now with upgrade then its instant loss of $325, so good idea to cancel my upgrade order and continue with 7plus😀
