Redirected to DirectV.com .

I try to look at my cell phone bill online, but always get redirected to DirecTV.com .

Hi djacoup, we're here to help you review your cell phone bill.

 

Make sure that your Wireless and DirecTV accounts are not linked to the same ID. You can remove linked accounts by going to your myAT&T profile. 

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in if asked.
  2. Scroll to Account Settings and select Linked accounts.
  3. Choose Remove this account for the account you want to unlink. If you try to remove a canceled account with a balance due, we’ll ask you to make a payment.
  4. Select one of these, if asked:
    • A secondary user to replace you as the primary user
    • No one
  5. Choose a new primary account, if asked.
  6. Follow the directions to remove the account from your ID.

In the meantime, try reviewing your Wireless bill online by accessing the myAT&T app.

No, the wireless is not below the DirecTV. I don't see an Account Settings or Linked Accounts on the DirecTV page. (You understand, right, that when I go to myAT&T it takes me directly to the DirecTV page?)

We are having the same issue, except we haven't had DirecTV in years and have no need to view its website, and there is NO way to access our AT&T profile. I tried calling AT&T's customer service as well as DirecTV's and kept being passed around. Please help!

Carlton - Unfortunately, got submerged in the holidays and travel delays and didn't get back to your Direct Message until after you closed it. I am still having the problem and am interested in trying to get it fixed.  Sorry, I did not respond the first time.

I am trying to pay my AT&T internet bill. I ONLY have AT&T internet, I DO NOT have wireless or DirecTV. When I log in to AT&T to try to pay my bill it automatically redirects me to the DirecTV page when I click on ANY links on AT&T. I've tried multiple browsers, the browser on my mobile, I've tried clicking the payment link on the email from AT&T for my monthly bill. Literally NOTHING gets me to the page to pay my bill, EVERYTHING redirects to the DirecTV site & on that site it even CLEARLY shows I DO NOT have a DirecTV account.

I have the exact same problem!  I do not have DirecTV service and every time I try to log into ATT it redirects me to a DirecTV login page. Which of course, I can not log into (nor do I want to).

For those of you having trouble:  I did get my ATT login to work using Microsoft EDGE browser, latest version (110.0.1587.46).  It has worked long enough for me to download the bills.

I have the same issue.  I have not had DirectTV since 2018 but AT&T continually redirects meet to that site.

Did anyone find a solution?
