Reconnecting Wireless Service after someone called and disconnected one of my lines

Someone please help us! One of my wireless phone lines was disconnected by a scammer 3 days ago. I assume they were trying to steal our phone line. We've been on the phone with AT&T customer service for over 8 hours over the past 2 days. We've been in the store twice, transferred from one department to the next, and no one can turn our phone line back on. They just continue to pass us along to the next person without anyone actually able to help. 

 

We just want our phone turned back on! 

 

Anyone have any advice? We've been with AT&T for over 15 years but we're seriously considering just going to Verizon today and switching services.
