Question on non payment/ shut off procedure
I have a payment plan and is due today probobly by 12a I need to know how long before it's disconnected if I DNT pay it in full? I have already modified it and att app won't let me make an adjustment on date is my phone gonna be turned off tomorrow? I NEED TO KNW ASAP.. Can't wait to come off contract..

att can suspend your line after the due date past, so if is due on 12th, on the 13th, they can officially suspend your line and disconnect your service. However, they usually give you more time, at least a week or two I would say, but I can't assure you that they might change their policy.
