I just wanted to share an excellent way to find practically any online self-solution for your AT&T account.  It always helped me, and superb way to empower yourself.

Search in Google (my preferred search engine), and type:

AT&T eSupport [Line of Business] [The issue or what you are looking for]

Let's say you are looking how to unlock your mobile phone - search: AT&T eSupport Wireless Unlock Phone.  The first choices will be an AT&T eSupport article showing you how to unlock your phone.  I always like to share, "Google is your friend.."
