Prepaid to postpaid what do I need to bring?

I am looking to go from a prepaid account (3 phones, all paid for/unlocked) to postpaid.  I know I have to go to a corporate store, which is no problem, but I do not know what I have to bring with me.  Do I just need to bring the phone numbers?  The phones themselves?  The people (oh please tell me I don't need to bring the people lol!).  I'd like to make it a smooth transaction and have everything I need before I go.  TIA :).

We'll be happy to clarify this for you @pixiloxx.

All of the users on the account will need to be present at the store with their device. Here are some additional factors to be aware of with your transition from prepaid to postpaid.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out; we'll be more than happy to assist. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.

You should bring the phones since you’ll get new SIM cards. Are you the owner of all 3 prepaid accounts? You’ll need to prove you are authorized to move all lines so you might need the people.

I am the account manager (owner?) and the other two are members (husband and son).  Bringing the phones I can do, but bringing the people themselves will be a no go due to a very long and bad experience and my husband swearing he will never step foot in there again.

You obviously have a multi line account. Those other accounts still have an owner, somebody set them up. I’m not sure what the store will need to prove you are authorized to move those lines but if you have all the phones and can show you can login to all of those accounts, you’re probably fine.

Thank you all for the answers.  We'll stay on prepaid.
