Prepaid Service Plans

I would like to know why on your prepaid service plans when there is a cheaper one available we are not informed about it?

We appreciate your feedback @islandboy8838.

We don't currently offer notifications for this but we've noted your concerns; in the meantime, the best way to stay informed of our latest prepaid plans, including occasional internet-only promotions, is via the Prepaid plans page on our website

If you need guidance with changing your plan, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist. Thanks for reaching out to our AT&T Community.

Thanks for missing the point... No carrier goes out of their way to inform you, it's NOT their job.

Prepaid is self service, which means it's your job.

you have 1 account at&t has millions, the ball is in your court to look for a better plan, some people pay more for their plans because they like the features better than a cheaper plan, its not the job of at&t to decide which is better for you

😂. AT&T just told you the same thing we did, but buried it in corporate lip service, so you swallowed it.  Hysterical.

It's not like you're the first person to ask this question. I see it several times a year on this, as well as other forums, like Reddit and Facebook.  Do you think they're all just trying to make a maximum profit ? 🤔
