PrePaid Plan CHANGED

I was viewing prepaid plans, and clicked on “more details”, which then switched my plan from Unlimited ($65/mo) to Unlimited Plus ($75/mo) without ANY CONFIRMATION!

I am under quarantine and had to leave my home to find WiFi so I can chat to a representative. My phone service is OFF! I am paid until April 8th, 2020..

Someone HELP! I’ve been on hold for over an hour and can’t continue to stay outside..

Why can’t it be changed back? I’ve already paid for it. Otherwise, I have NO phone.

I've used AT&T prepaid, when you selected 'change plan' , you should read the notice so you don't proceed.
Once you change your plan your old plan terminates and you have to pay for the new one.
There's more than a couple of buttons to push and there is a notice on screen that tells you what's happening.

I only clicked on “more details” then continue. I’m very unhappy and I do NOT have the money to upgrade it. There were no warnings, or checkouts, or confirmations.
