Positive Feedback on franchisee rep

Brett at the Newberg, OR franchise was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional this afternoon when I came in seeking help for installing a memory card. He spent at least 90 minutes walking me through procedures and capabilities that my Galaxy had & since I am coming up on 69 was completely ignorant of and mystified by. I am NOT a fan of TelComs or their franchises. I resent the vague, non-specific nature of all of their offers and products and plans, not to mention the sales pressure at the used-car lot level. Not only did Brett NOT throw my car keys up on the roof, but patiently walked me through a bunch of stuff I wish I'd known 18 months ago. I bought a car charger I didn't need just to honor his time. It was the cheap one available and he did not try to upgrade me! My compliments to you all on a good hire.
